Dream Believe Achieve Academy classes run for approximately 38 weeks of the year. This monthly payment plan will cover 38 weeks of classes over a 12 month subscription period.

Your payment will come out on the 1st of each month. If you join mid month, you may be subject to a cover payment the following month to cover the mid months class fees. After this stage your class fees will be the same set amount each month.

Do you do shows/performances?

Yes, all of our students have the opportunity to be a part of our annual performances. There are no additional classes required to do this, and show work will be worked on during our weekly classes. There may be additional rehearsals required near showtime for extra practice.

Do you support children with ASN?

We aim to be as inclusive as possible at our school. It is important for parents and carers to disclose on enrolment, anything they think we may need to know in order to support your child. 

Why are trials 2 weeks long?

We don’t believe just one week is long enough to experience our classes. It can be a huge achievement coming to a new class and 2 week trials allow students to feel more comfortable and understand each area of our class, meet their new class mates and teachers/coaches before deciding if they would like to continue.

What if my child no longer wishes to attend Dream Believe Achieve Academy?

Please give us 1 months notice in writing to our email address hello@dreambelieveachieveacademy.co.uk

Your next payment will then be cancelled on the 2nd of the following month. Class fees cannot be paused for the month of April or July- if notice is given at this time, fees will be paused the following month. 4 weeks notice and 1 final payment. You will have 1 more payment to be made, after your notice is given and then your subscription will be cancelled.

Why do I need to pay during the school holidays and summer break?

The monthly payment you pay is your ANNUAL COST of attending split into 12 equal monthly payments. This means that payments are still due when holidays occur. This is the simplest and more affordable way to pay for your children's classes.

Can I pay in a different way?

No. After much research we have came to the decision that monthly payments is the most convenient and affordable way to to take payments for all parents. Streamlining our payment options across all classes and venues allows us to keep our admin to a minimum and focus all of our teams time on teaching and continually improving our classes and productions.

What will happen if classes have to pause in person due to another Covid-19 lockdown?

If classes at any of our venues have to pause due to a spike in Covid-19 we will provide an online alternative. This will ensure that no students miss out on any classes. 

UNIFORM

Uniform is compulsory wear at all of our classes for all students. Please order uniform from www.clicclothing.com

Absenteeism: Please call Dream Believe Achieve Academy on 07576761619 in advance if your child will be absent from class. Absenteeism can be very disruptive, so please ensure that your child does not miss more than 2 classes per term. Missed classes can not be transferred to the following term under any circumstances. Lateness: Please ensure your child arrives on time for class. Repeated lateness and absenteeism will result in a child losing their part or position in the piece being rehearsed. Before and After Class: Dream Believe Achieve Academy instructors are not responsible for students before or after class. Please drop them off and collect them promptly. Term Fees: Cover the cost of weekly instruction and studio hire. 

Release of Liability

This is to certify that I am the parent/legal guardian of the child named on the registration form and agree to the terms of this Release of Liability below.

I hereby agree to waive any claim of any kind whatsoever against the Principal, Venue/s, and/or Instructors of Dream Believe Achieve Academy with respect to any and all losses, liabilities and damage, death or injury, suffered or incurred by my child whilst taking part in any teaching program or attending any of the venues at which Dream Believe Achieve Academy operates.
